How do I become a customer?
Our entire website works through prior registration and approval of required documentation. After this step, the customer will be ready to buy or bid in auctions.
How does direct purchase of a used iPhone work on the site?
In direct purchase, you select the desired iPhone on our website, check the specifications and condition of the device, and proceed to payment. After confirmation, the item is reserved immediately and shipped to the registered address. This is ideal for those who want speed without waiting for bids.
What is the auction system and how to participate?
We participate in auctions from major US telecom operators and offer this opportunity to you! Auctions take place Monday through Friday, we make available on our website the auctions of the week, with complete description of the lot. Operators accept bids for the complete lot, units or partial lots cannot be purchased. To participate, you must be registered with our company and deposit a 10% guarantee of the lot value you wish to win in advance. When declared the winner, the customer has up to 24 hours to make payment of the remaining balance after deducting the guarantee. Winning bids not honored are penalized with the loss of the guarantee amount.
What payment methods are accepted?
The payment method is Wire Transfer. For international payments please consult conditions.
How is the condition of used iPhones evaluated?
Each iPhone undergoes rigorous inspection, classified into categories such as 'GRADE A - Excellent' (almost new, no marks), 'GRADE B - Good' (small scratches, functional) or 'GRADE C - Regular' (visible wear, but operational) and 'GRADE D - Physical damage such as cracked screen, damaged back, damaged camera etc'. We include detailed photos and honest descriptions so you know exactly what you're buying.
Is there a warranty on iPhones sold?
Yes, we offer a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects not caused by misuse. Note that this does not cover accidental damage.
How does shipping work and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide! Shipping time varies from 3 to 10 business days depending on the stock selected at the time of purchase. We have extensive experience in logistics mainly for Latin America and the Caribbean and can recommend logistics partners that will certainly meet your needs.
Is it necessary to create an account to buy or participate in auctions?
Yes, an account is mandatory for purchases and bids, ensuring security and tracking. Registration is quick: just fill in the requested information, send the required documents and the registration is analyzed within 48 hours.
What happens if I win an auction but don't pay?
To participate in the auction, in addition to registration, it is necessary to pay a 10% guarantee of the bid amount sent. This amount is a participation requirement of all American operators. When winning the lot for which an offer was sent, a 24-hour deadline is established for depositing the balance under penalty of losing the guarantee amount.
How do I protect my privacy and data on the site?
We use SSL encryption to protect your information. We do not share data with third parties and all documents and personal information are stored using international information security standards.
